Brake caliper vibrates when stepping on the brake

Check whether the brake disc is installed correctly. If it is installed incorrectly, the heat

dissipation and circulation system of the brake disc will fail, causing metal expansion

and affecting the braking performance

The 0-100km jitter is caused by the deformation of the closing head, which is caused

by the uneven and unclean installation surface of the central circle of the vehicle horn

and the closing head, or the quality of the closing head itself is not up to standard

When stepping on the brake, it may be that the surface of the brake disc is unbalanced.

Use a dial indicator to measure it (commonly known as playing the meter), and adjust

it according to the situation. If the problem is not solved, the brake disc can be polished

Check the brake skin. If the brake skin is used violently in the opening stage, the surface

of the brake skin will be carbonized, and there is no braking effect. The pads can be

replaced

Cause: the parallelism difference of the brake disc will cause jitter if the meter runout

exceeds 0.04mm

Solution 1: lathe or professional CD player light up the lower disc

Solution 2: replace the high-precision brake disc belt fitting
