After sales rules for brake caliper kit

General:

1- Product mailing cost: If the mailing cost is caused by product quality issues, it can be compensated. If the mailing cost issue is caused by personal reasons (non essential reasons) of the customer, the customer needs to bear the cost themselves.

2- Labor cost: There will be no compensation for the first after-sales issue. For the second or more after-sales sales of the same quality issue, compensation can be provided: full compensation for less than 100 yuan, 50% compensation for more than 100 yuan, and a maximum compensation of 200 yuan

3- Brake noise: Brake noise is an unnecessary cause and can be resolved by contacting technical after-sales personnel without compensation.

4- Incorrect data for modified parts: Technical after-sales personnel can be contacted to resend and assist customer service in resolving the problem without compensation.

5- Customized products: Customized products will not be returned or refunded for non quality reasons. If there is any deviation in the data, please contact technical after-sales personnel for assistance in resolving the issue.

6. E-commerce platform customers apply for returns and refunds that meet the conditions: the product has not been installed and we have received the goods and checked that there is no product wear, scratch or damage caused by shipping. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

7- Make a supplementary refund for each order and do not repeat the process. Sales personnel should inform customers in advance that compensation refunds can only be made once, and customers can only apply after confirming that there is no error. If any problems arise later, arrange technical after-sales personnel to assist in resolving them. No compensation will be made.

8- Regarding expense reimbursement: For expense reimbursement, the customer needs to provide relevant video/transfer records/screenshots of the flow as evidence.

Problems with various components of the brake caliper

1. The bridge code data is incorrect. Solution - The customer needs to find a processing shop to modify the bridge code and compensate for the bridge code processing fee.

SAVANINI needs to remake and resend the car to the customer. The car needs to be installed with the original caliper, which involves repeated disassembly and assembly issues. (The first after-sales service will not be compensated, and compensation can be provided for the second and later times.) The customer requests compensation for labor costs,

100 and below will be compensated in full, and over 100, 50% will be compensated.

2- Solution for incorrect steel throat interface - The customer purchases a suitable steel throat on their own, and SAVANINI will process a refund for the steel throat without sending it back. The customer needs to inform SAVANINI of the correct and appropriate data for the steel throat, and SAVANINI will improve and modify the database information.

If the customer has not purchased a suitable steel pipe, SAVANINI will proceed with urgent processing to remake the suitable steel pipe for the customer and send it to the customer. If the brake oil has already been used, the corresponding brake oil will be reissued without any compensation fees.

3- Incorrect joint data solution - No need to remake the joint: expand the hole, drill holes in different areas, and the customer can find a processing shop for processing,Compensation for processing fees.

4- Solution to brake disc issue - need to resend the disc: remake the correct joint, assemble the disc, and send it to the customer. The old joint/brake disc will be returned for processing, and the courier fee will be compensated

No need to resend the disc: The disc can solve the problem and compensate the customer for the disc cost.

5-Solution to caliper problem - Replace the caliper due to necessary factors such as process and color, and the customer will send the caliper back for compensation for shipping fees,

Other expenses will not be compensated.

6-Solution to Brake Pad Problem - Brake Pad Quality Reason: A replacement of dedicated after-sales brake pads will not be reimbursed. Old brake pads do not need to be returned, just take photos of the friction surface and provide feedback to the technical engineer for cause analysis.

After sales issues, whether the item was returned or not
